* Wood for the outdoor fireplace can be purchased nearby in Wears Valley.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. For large groups or extended stays, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* Wildlife is common. Please secure trash and avoid leaving food outdoors.
* Roads are paved with easy access, but tire chains, winter tires, and 4WD are recommended in winter conditions.
* Charcoal grill located outside. Bring your own charcoal and enjoy!
* This property has outside security cameras facing the front door/main entrance as well as the left front side of the house.
* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages or road conditions. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. Guests must vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
* The cabin is protected by a subscription pest service; however, insects and spiders are common in the Smoky Mountains, seeing some in the cabin is possible during your stay.

* The wood burning stove on the main level is decorative and not operational.

Guests can access the entire cabin with the exception of the owner’s closet located in one of the first floor’s king bedrooms. Self-check-in is provided via smart lock for a seamless arrival experience.

Bryan’s house was absolutely beautiful and even better in person than the pics!! We had a large group and had plenty of room as the home is very large. The grandkids and adults loved the outdoor fireplace and hot tub! The house is private yet close to PF and Gatlinburg with great restaurants only a few minutes from the house as well (Paw Paw’s Catfish and Hillbillies Breakfast are awesome). Bryan is an excellent host, responded quickly and even let us have an early check-in and late check-out. I highly recommend this home and we want to plan a trip back hopefully this summer! Thank you Bryan for sharing your amazing home with our family over Thanksgiving, we made forever memories!!!

perfect getaway cabin in nature for peace and quiet. Host was very communicative throughout the whole process and always included and added more information than what I would ask for, which helped me feel better about staying and choosing this house. Our stay went so perfectly and so beautifully. would definitely recommend and stay again if we're interested area.

From the very beginning to the end of our stay,Bryan kept us up to date and communicated with us to see if there was anything he could help with or if we needed anything. The cabin was extremely nice and clean. He even made sure we made it home fine. We would be glad to stay here again or recommend it to anyone else!!!
